M.C.C. (Marissa) Dirkzwager
Marissa (1971) graduated in 1994 from InterCollege Business School (HBO Bedrijfskunde) in The Hague, where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) title.
After having worked in various positions, including as product and project manager in banking and business, Marissa joined Fintage House BV in Leiden in 2000, a former part of MeesPierson and specialized in financial services for the entertainment industry. Here she worked for 10 years as Operations Manager where she was responsible for all internal affairs including financial administration, purchasing, IT, HRM, facility management, secretariat and coordination of internal communication and marketing activities. She was also a member of the Management Team.
After a short sabbatical, she started working with her partner in two of her own companies specialized in the design, production (China) and development of mainly sports-related products.
She still enjoys doing this and has also been working part-time as an Office Manager at Maasdael since January 2020, where she ensures that the financial administration and all internal office affairs run smoothly!
