Maasdael’s trademark is to deliver the quality of a Big Four firm and the involvement of a medium-sized enterprise, with words and actions. This is reflected in their way of working and has resulted in a successful transaction in which Maasdael realised a complex financing construction in a very limited amount of time.
Our first contact with Maasdael was during a turbulent period for our company. The private equity world had shown interest in our company and the looming transaction meant that the joining of a private equity firm would coincide with a merger. On top of that we were still in the concluding stages of a takeover. This caused a challenging financing issue where professional assistance was much appreciated. Not only because we did not have the expertise and the associated market knowledge to complete such complex financing issues, but also because we did not have enough capacity to coordinate it all.
