Marissa is a part-time Office Manager at Maasdael. She ensures that the financial administration and the daily operations of the office run smoothly. In addition, she focuses on creating a pleasant and well-organized working environment for her colleagues, whom she regards as her internal clients.

In her way of working, Marissa is hands-on, practical, diplomatic, and result-oriented. She believes in clear processes, short lines of communication, and finding workable solutions that contribute to an efficient and enjoyable collaboration.

A special project within Maasdael for Marissa was the relocation to the new office on the Westersingel, in which she played an important role in the coordination and execution.

Marissa joined Maasdael on January 1, 2020. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Europe.

Prior to joining Maasdael, Marissa worked in various roles within banking and corporate business, including as a product and project manager. In 2000, she joined Fintage House BV in Leiden, specializing in financial services for the entertainment industry. Here, she worked for ten years as Operations Manager and was a member of the Management Team.

In addition to her activities at Maasdael, Marissa and her partner are active in two of their own businesses focused on designing, producing, and developing primarily sports-related products for both their own brand and external clients.
