Maasdael Corporate Finance is an independent Corporate Finance boutique with a personal approach. From Rotterdam, we guide entrepreneurs and companies through acquisition and sale processes, (re)financing, and valuation issues. In doing so, we combine the professionalism of a major bank with the personal contact of a dedicated advisor.

As an Analyst, you will work on a variety of client projects. You will analyze and interpret financial information, build financial models in MS Excel, and draft investment and financing memoranda in MS PowerPoint. In addition, you will assist in process management, negotiations, and the documentation phase of ongoing processes.

You will join a close-knit team of experienced advisors who set high standards for the quality of their work. Thanks to short communication lines, you will gain responsibility early on and have a lot of direct contact with clients, financiers, investors, and other advisors. As your experience grows, you will execute processes increasingly independently and have the opportunity to contribute to the further development of Maasdael.
