What you can expect
The process of a Quick Scan
The power of the quick scan lies in its focus on the main points, not on completeness; it is a short process with a turnaround time of typically two to four weeks. We place multiple strategic scenarios side by side and compare them on financial outcome, personal fit, feasibility, and timing. Consider a full sale, a partial sale to private equity, a recapitalization, a management buy-out, a transfer within the family, raising growth capital, or simply continuing on the current path.
An indicative valuation forms the starting point: not a fully worked-out valuation process, but a well-founded bandwidth that is sufficient to choose between directions. Where relevant, we indicate which steps can increase the value or marketability.
The result is a concrete discussion document that you can work with. It provides overview and direction instead of uncertainty.
Why Maasdael?
The quick scan is a standard part of our practice and frequently serves as the starting point for a longer process. Our broad transaction practice—encompassing sales, acquisitions, private equity, management buyouts (MBO), financing, and valuation—enables us to assess every scenario based on our own experience and to realistically estimate its feasibility.
We act as a trusted sounding board: you can ask any question, even those you don't yet know how to formulate yourself. Personal and no-nonsense, with complex issues translated into clear language and concrete insights.
