Jelle guides M&A processes, valuations, and financings from start to finish. He directs and structures the processes and is responsible for deal execution and process management.

He is energized by translating financial figures and complex structures into practical terms that reflect the entrepreneur's wishes, so that he or she can make well-informed decisions. By mapping out considerations clearly and in good time and involving all stakeholders, he builds the trust that forms the basis for successful deals.

In 2021, Jelle started at Maasdael, after gaining experience in the corporate finance department of Verstegen accountants en adviseurs. He studied Economics and Business Economics (Bachelor's) and Financial Economics (Master's) at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
