Jelle guides M&A processes, valuations, and financings from start to finish. He directs and structures the processes and is responsible for deal execution and process management.
He gets energy from translating financial figures and complex structures into practice and the wishes of the entrepreneur, so that he or she can make well-informed decisions. By clearly and timely mapping out considerations and involving all stakeholders, the trust is created that forms the basis for successful deals.
In 2021, Jelle started at Maasdael, after gaining experience at the corporate finance department of Verstegen accountants and advisors. He studied Economics and Business Economics (Bachelor's) and Financial Economics (Master's) at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
