Maud is an Analyst at Maasdael, where she supports the team in preparing client and investor presentations, financial analyses and valuation calculations, identifying acquisition candidates, and translating market data into actionable insights for the transaction process.

Her approach is hands-on and detailed, with a strong focus on collaboration and transparent communication. She highly values a team culture in which colleagues keep each other sharp and work together towards the best possible result. Reliability and keeping commitments are essential in this.

Maud started as an intern at Maasdael in September 2025 and joined the firm full-time as an Analyst in August 2026. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed her Master's in Finance & Investments at the same university. She previously gained work experience as a working student within the audit practice of a Big Four firm.
