Zia is an Analyst at Maasdael. She supports sell-side and buy-side transactions by preparing and developing presentations for clients and potential buyers, market analyses, and financial analyses. In doing so, she condenses large amounts of information into a clear and cohesive whole.

In her way of working, Zia is precise, structured, and team-oriented. She prefers working with short lines of communication, where colleagues jointly work towards the best result, and believes that trust and transparency are central to this. Knowing intuitively what is needed in a collaboration is something she brought with her from her time at hotel school.

Zia started at Maasdael in September 2026. She obtained her Master's in Finance & Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam, after completing her Bachelor's at the Hotelschool The Hague. Previously, she completed an internship in accounting in Berlin.
