Philip guides M&A processes and valuation assignments from start to finish. He acts as the link between the partner and the rest of the team and is the primary point of contact for clients and other stakeholders throughout the entire process. His work includes structuring and managing processes, analyzing financial and strategic issues, and guiding negotiations. He has experience in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, retail, telecom, industrial construction, and the staffing industry.

Philip works with an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. He values transparent communication and ensures that all parties remain well-informed, even with complex or technical issues. Clients appreciate his commitment and his ability to bring structure to situations where it does not come naturally. When necessary, he is pragmatic.

Philip returned to Maasdael in 2024, where he had previously been active as a working student, after spending three years working at PwC Deals. He studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam (double bachelor's in Economics & Business Economics and Law, double master's in Finance & Investments and Corporate Law) and is a registered Register Valuator with the NiRV.
