Lars is an Associate Director at Maasdael. He advises entrepreneurs on M&A, financing, and valuation projects and is involved from start to finish in structuring and realizing transactions.

In his working method, Lars combines careful financial analysis with a practical and solution-oriented approach. He has a keen eye for detail, but always keeps the bigger picture in mind: which choices need to be made and what is required to allow all parties involved to make decisions with confidence.

Lars takes a high level of responsibility in a process. Deadlines must be met, analyses must be correct, and clients must know where they stand. In collaborating with entrepreneurs and colleagues, he finds personal contact, clear communication, and trust essential. In doing so, he enjoys looking for creative ways to strongly present the story behind a company and to guide choices that are decisive for the outcome of a process.

Lars started at Maasdael in 2021. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Economics and his master's degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. In addition, he is pursuing the Register Valuator program at the Rotterdam School of Management. Previously, he gained experience at Clearwater Corporate Finance.
