Erik advises on acquisitions and sales, valuations, and (re)financing.

As a Register Valuator, he knows what a company is worth and why. He combines analytical sharpness with years of experience on the financier's side. This ensures the entrepreneur knows exactly where they stand and which route yields the most.

Erik knows that a transaction is often the most important decision in an entrepreneur's career. That is why he provides clarity and calm throughout the process. He keeps tight control of the process and remains a steady and committed point of contact, even when the pressure rises.

After studying Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and completing the postgraduate Business Valuation program at Rotterdam School of Management, Erik worked at Fortis Bank (now ABN AMRO). There, he financed acquisitions and management buy-outs. Within Investment Banking, he was responsible for credit relationships with international investment banks. Since 2009, Erik has been active at Maasdael Corporate Finance, where he has completed a large number of acquisitions and sales in various sectors. He is registered as a Register Valuator with the NIRV.
