After studying Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam and completing his training as a Register Valuator at the Rotterdam School of Management, Rick worked at ING Bank and Fortis Bank, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, acquisition finance, and debt restructurings. In 2008, he co-founded Maasdael Corporate Finance. Rick is regularly called upon by courts and lawyers.
